Digital Products (Premium Subscription)
At Chords Book by Wilson Gamit Production, we offer a Premium Subscription as a non-tangible, irrevocable digital product. Once a subscription is purchased and activated, the service (tools and content) is considered delivered instantly.
Therefore, we do not provide refunds or credits for any successful subscription purchases. We encourage all users to explore our extensive free features and tutorials to ensure Chords Book meets their needs before committing to a premium purchase. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Failed Transactions
In the event that a transaction fails due to technical reasons but your payment method is debited, our payment gateway (Cashfree) will automatically initiate a refund. This process typically takes 5-7 working days to reflect in your original payment source.
If you do not receive the refund within this period, please contact our support team with your transaction details, and we will assist you in tracking the request with the gateway provider.
Subscription Cancellation
Our Premium Subscription is a one-time, pre-paid service for a fixed term. It is not a recurring payment model.
Because there are no automatic renewals, cancellation is not required. Your premium access will simply expire at the end of your purchased term (30 or 90 days), at which point you will no longer have access to premium tools unless you choose to purchase a new plan.
