Digital Products (Premium Subscription)

At Chords Book, we offer a Premium Subscription as a non-tangible, irrevocable digital product. Once a subscription is purchased and activated, the service is considered delivered.

Therefore, we do not provide refunds or credits for any subscription purchases. We encourage all users to explore our extensive free features to ensure Chords Book meets their needs before committing to a premium purchase. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Failed Transactions

In the rare event that a transaction fails but your payment method is charged, our payment gateway (PhonePe) will automatically initiate a refund. This process typically takes 5-7 working days to reflect in your account.

If you do not receive the refund within this period, please contact our support team with your transaction details, and we will assist you in tracking the request.

Subscription Cancellation

Our Premium Subscription is a one-time, pre-paid service for a fixed term (e.g., one month). It is not a recurring payment and does not auto-renew.

Because there are no automatic renewals, cancellation is not necessary. Your premium access will simply expire at the end of your purchased term, at which point you may choose to purchase a new subscription.
