If you contribute songs, your display name and photo will be visible to the public as the creator of that content. We also record your account status (e.g., if your studio access is active or on hold) for moderation purposes. This information is handled securely by Firebase Authentication and stored in Firestore.

B. Usage and Log Data

When you visit our website, our servers may automatically log standard data provided by your web browser. This includes your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the site.

C. Transaction Data

If you purchase a Premium Subscription, our payment processor, Cashfree Payments, collects the data necessary to process your payment. We do not store your full payment instrument details (like credit card numbers) on our servers; we only receive transaction confirmation.

• Provide, operate, and maintain our website features.
• Manage your Artist Studio profile and song contributions.
• Enforce community standards and manage account restrictions (Hold/Unhold).
• Process subscription payments and manage premium access.

3. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers for essential functions. These services access your data only to perform these tasks on our behalf:

• Google Firebase: For user authentication, database management, and hosting.
• Cashfree Payments: For secure processing of subscription payments.
• Cloudinary: For hosting and serving artist photos and song thumbnails.
• Google Analytics: To track anonymous usage statistics and page views.

4. Data Security & Storage

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Artist media (photos/thumbnails) are stored on Cloudinary's secure global CDN. While we strive for 100% security, please remember that no method of electronic transmission is perfectly secure.

5. Your Data Rights

You have the right to access, update, or request deletion of your personal data. You can manage your profile, including your artist photo and display name, through the "Settings" page in your account dashboard. Deleting your account will remove your personal profile, but approved song contributions may remain as part of our public database unless specifically requested for removal.
