Welcome to Chords Book by Wilson Gamit Production! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and content. By accessing or using Chords Book, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part, you may not access the Service.

2. User Accounts

To access features like saving favorites, requesting songs, or using the Artist Studio, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Premium Subscription

We offer a "Premium Subscription" as a pre-paid, one-time payment service. This grants access to advanced tools (transpose, PDF downloads) for a fixed period. This is not a recurring subscription and does not auto-renew.

4. Content Ownership & Artist Studio

Chords Book features a mixed library of content. Approximately 50% of the songs are Official Content created, written, and arranged by the Wilson Gamit Production team. The remaining content is Community Content submitted via the Artist Studio. By using the Studio, you agree to the following:

• Ownership: You must only upload original work or authorized arrangements. Uploading copyrighted material without permission is strictly prohibited.
• Submission Process: All songs are first saved as Drafts. Once submitted, they enter Pending status for review by our moderation team.
• Moderation: Our team reviews every submission for musical accuracy and quality. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or put a song On Hold for revisions.
• Account Suspension: We reserve the right to restrict or put an artist's account On Hold if they repeatedly submit inaccurate content, violate copyright policies, or misuse the studio platform. While an account is on hold, the artist cannot upload new songs, and their current songs may be hidden from the public.
• Publication: A song only becomes public once it is Approved. Submission does not guarantee publication.
• License: By publishing content, you grant Chords Book a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute the content for educational and worship purposes.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that is defamatory, offensive, or infringing on intellectual property.
• Attempt to scrape content using automated bots or spiders.
• Impersonate other artists or Wilson Gamit Production team members.
• Submit intentionally incorrect chords or lyrics.

6. Intellectual Property

Official arrangements, website design, logo, and original content are the sole property of Wilson Gamit Production. All lyrics and chords provided are for educational and personal use only. Commercial distribution of materials found on this site is strictly prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is." While we moderate all content (both official and community), we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. Use of these materials is at your own musical risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wilson Gamit Production shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform or the rejection/restriction of your submitted content or account.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. We will provide notice by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
