To access certain features of the Service, such as saving favorites or requesting songs, you must create an account. 3. Premium Subscription
Chords Book offers a "Premium Subscription" which is a pre-paid, one-time payment service. This grants you access to premium features like chord transposition and PDF downloads for a fixed period as described at the time of purchase. This is not a recurring subscription and does not auto-renew. At the end of your access period, you will need to make a new purchase to continue using premium features.
4. Intellectual Property and Content
The Service itself, including our logo, design, and original content, are the property of Chords Book. All song lyrics, chords, and compositions provided on the platform are the intellectual property of their respective songwriters, publishers, and copyright owners. Our service is provided as a resource for personal, educational, and religious worship purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or performance of copyrighted materials is prohibited.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Engage in any unlawful activity or purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise discover the source code of the website.
- Use any automated system, such as "bots" or "spiders," to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to the servers than a human can reasonably produce.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
